What counts as one test?
One fully completed run by an end user, including the analysis. Abandoned runs cost nothing.
What happens when the quota is used up?
With usage credits enabled, tests keep running seamlessly. Without credits, new tests pause until the start of the next month — we'll warn you by email ahead of time.
Do purchased credits expire?
No. Usage credits never expire and are only used once your monthly quota is exhausted.
Can I switch plans or billing intervals later?
Anytime. A switch takes effect immediately and the difference is prorated — your usage for the current month carries over. Monthly plans can be cancelled monthly, yearly plans at the end of their term.
How much effort is the integration?
One iframe widget or one API call per test session. Your users don't need a bejiji account — results are matched via your user ID.
What about data protection?
bejiji acts as a data processor: you sign a data processing agreement at registration, and your users' data is kept strictly separate from other companies' data.
